Subject	Rusted Underside of 300zx help needed!

Message	I had found a 300zx that I liked. Unfortunately when I took it to the mechanic and put it on the lift I found this. The owner will replace the exhausts. However will do nothing about the transmission fluid leak, or drive shaft corrosion. I am calling upon the expert members of tt.net, do you see any thing else that can be a potential problem?
